Group Fitness Classes

Our group fitness classes are designed for people who want to move better, feel stronger, and get healthier—without spending hours in the gym. Each class runs about 45 minutes and is structured to deliver results through a mix of strength, cardio, and core-focused training. We offer a variety of class formats to choose from, so you can find what works best for your goals and schedule.

No matter your age or experience level, modifications are always available to help you feel successful and supported every step of the way. You’ll leave each class feeling stronger, more confident, and part of a community that’s cheering you on.

Family-Friendly Feature:
We have a small kids’ area available during class times! While it’s not staffed and parents are fully responsible for their children, it gives you peace of mind knowing your little ones can hang nearby while you focus on you. (Please note: We are not liable for children in this space.)
